What features are included?

• You will get up to 6 pages built with the choices completely up to you. Generally we would recommend the following; Home, About, News, Events, Contact and Donate.

• We will host the site for 12 months when you will have the chance to renew with us or move elsewhere.

How long does it take to build?

• Generally speaking the most time consuming part of the process is the content creation from the client. After you have given us all your words and pictures we can set to work integrating it. Typically it takes 3 – 4 weeks after receiving the content to finish the project.

Can I customise my site?

• We will tailor the design to match your existing brand.

• Yes indeed! Once we have delivered the site to you, you’ll be able to login to the administrator panel and tinker to your hearts desire.

Can I add any custom features?

• If you decide you need something – now or in the future – that doesn’t come as part of our standard package then we would be more than happy to carry out the work for you.

What support do you offer?

• As part of our deal we include the first 30 days (from launch) of site maintenance for free! After that we also offer a site maintenance plan costing just £25 a month, ensuring your software is always up-to-date and any bugs that arise are squashed promptly.

• We monitor your sites uptime, ensuring your website is always online and you don’t lose traffic. With the maintenance plan we backup your website regularly to the cloud so you never lose your valuable asset or any of it’s content.

What do you need from me?

• Brand guidelines or if you don’t have that then your colours and fonts will be great.

• Content for website pages – Words and high resolution images.

Do you offer any other services?

• The sky is the limit as far as your website goes, if you’d like something done we can do it
